In Episode 2 of Fair Game or Foul Play? with Lindsay Rogers and Lauren Gadol, they highlight the ethical news gathering in a news story of how private citizens could potentially be outed and hurt as a result of a published story. In this episode, we continued that discussion by viewing one specific example of an individual’s injured reputation based off of his name being used in an article and tried in the court of public opinion.
