Isabella is a graduate student at the NYU Arthur L. Carter School of Journalism and a reporter for the online publication The Click with an emphasis on LGBTQ and Young Adult Journalism. 

Isabella earned a B.A in Creative Writing from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, the oldest city in Texas.  In 2018, she published “Remedy of Water,” a collection of poems, to raise money for schools affected by the California wildfires.

Her hobbies include reading Y.A Novels, listening to music, and working toward publishing her first novel in the Queer Fantasy Young Adult genre.
