Iman Palm, Jill Nielson, and Katie Hoedt share their opinions on the media coverage regarding the Elizabeth Smart Foundation and the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women collaboration. The two organizations decided to work together in hopes of attracting more attention to missing women from marginalized communities. However, the collaboration was shut down after a dispute between individuals from both parties. The media never reported on the initial collaboration but instead chose to focus on the conflict.
