On October 20, the 29th annual Tompkins Square Park Halloween Dog Parade was held at the East River Park Amphitheater. Over 100 dogs dressed in costume and strutted on stage as their owners presented their ensemble to the crowd. This year’s parade was almost canceled due to lack of funding, but thanks to the Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group which donated $17,500 the pups were able to celebrate Halloween together!
