Originally from Atlanta, Abbey started her career behind the scenes at NBCUniversal before moving into policy and strategy work focused on energy and infrastructure. A graduate of Georgia Tech with a background in business and film studies, she’s particularly interested in how sports, technology, and environmental decisions shape everyday communities. Now reporting out of Jersey City, when she’s not working, she’s usually out walking her Newfoundland, Teddy.
