(LONDON, England) — A popular Mexican restaurant in Fulham, London has had to make some changes in order to survive rising food prices in the last five years.

The cost of price of food and non-alcoholic beverages increased by 25% from January 2022 to 2024, according to the U.K.’s Office For National Statistics.

For restaurants, this has caused food inflation, which has led institutions including Tacos MX Fulham to make changes to their produce acquisition and raise menu prices.
