Illinois Teachers and Staff Sue Gov., School Boards, Agencies Over COVID Vaccine Requirement
The federal lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District Court of Illinois on Sept. 20, says the plaintiffs declined COVID-19 vaccination “due to their sincerely held religious beliefs.”
