Through its cafe, greenhouse, and other programs, Hugs Cafe aims to address high unemployment rates for this population. A second cafe location is set to open in Dallas on Dec. 8, 2025. Beyond Hugs Cafe's model, other alternatives include integrated employment, where neurodivergent employees work alongside others in mainstream workplaces.
