Malika Demings

Malika Demings is a culture writer and reporter for The Click and a production assistant for CBS affiliate KPIX 5 in San Francisco. Malika profiles historical African American figures from the 80s and 90s while working on a series of profiles from the civil rights movement and Harlem Renaissance.
She graduated from California State University, Easy Bay in Hayward, California with a B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing Management and Public Relations/Advertisement. Based in San Francisco, she is completing her M.A. in Journalism at NYU in the American Journalism Online program.
